For each position you need filled you will be offered up to 3 candidates to choose from. We will send you their resumes in advance.
We will set up video interviews with all candidates and you can talk to them and see who would be the best fit for your company. We can arrange for additional testing if you need (such as personality tests, typing tests, etc.)
Once you decide who you would like to hire, we sign a simple addendum to the contract with details of the specific person, pay rate, and starting date. No additional fees!
