The Secret of Success: Our Story

Best Remote Staff is a New Hampshire, USA company, part of a local family owned group of businesses active since 1998.   We have discovered that outsourcing some work to full time overseas contractors can really make a small and medium size business much stronger. It has certainly helped us during the Covid-19 crisis.  We kept all our local and remote staff on payroll and did not have to layoff anybody thanks to the lower cost structure of our remote contractors.  Having people in other countries made our business more competitive, stable, and allows us to pay our local U.S. employees higher wages than we could otherwise afford. It really was a game changer for our business!

We have been contracting in the Philippines, where most people speak excellent English. Recently, we added Colombia, which also has many professionals speaking English and of course native Spanish. This way we can have bilingual speakers which is much appreciated by many customers.

We want to help other small and medium size companies in our state, region and across USA be as successful and that is the reason we started Best Remote Staff. After many years of contracting overseas for our own business, we have the knowledge and know how to make it a very easy and successful process.
